Adopt-A-Garden program on the site of Ives Concert Park

Ives Concert Park is a unique outdoor amphitheater situated on a beautiful parcel of preserved, state-owned land including 40 wooded acres, a pond, breathtaking gardens and public hiking trails.

Garden Guidelines:

Adoptees are asked to design and plant a Softscape garden site with a 70% perennial base  (suggestion) with plantings that are inviting and colorful to enhance and beautify the landscape and soften the existing hardscape (i.e, walk-way, buildings, stonewalls). The garden design should integrate naturalized plantings to echo the existing natural woodlands and should be in balance with natural surroundings and spirit of the Ives Concert Park setting.

Garden design should submitted  to Ives Board of Directors for review prior to planting.

Ives should be contact prior to construction of garden site.

Ives Adopt-A-Garden Sponsor will receive:

• Sponsorship Signage with business logo 12 x18 for your garden site

• Garden will be viewed and admired by over a 40,000 visitors to the Ives Center Concert Park a year.

• Member of the Ives for 2010 as a Garden Sponsor 

•  Advertising/Corporate Recognition

• Banner displayed on site for entire season

• Brand placement in season brochure

• Full page ad in season program

• Jumbo Tron Screen Ad

• Brand link on Ives Web Site

Hospitality Benefits

• 10 lawn tickets to a concert of your choice

• 30 tickets to each event at Ives Fine Arts & Family Series

 *  Tickets must be reserved no later than 2 weeks in advance of event. As a 170(c)(1) Municipal Authority, contributions are partially tax deductible (please check with your accountant)

Convenience Benefits:

• 2 VIP parking passes (valid entire season)
  

Garden Maintenance:

Gardens will be maintained and cared for thru the efforts a new Ives Gardeners Program thru the Volunteer program.
